Strengthening of the tripartite system for the employment market

The Employment Market Regulatory Council has reviewed the actions taken in 2016. It has also published the results of the employment market inspection campaigns.
We are going to continue the efforts to strengthen the federal system of assistance measures. It is indeed necessary for cantons coping with greater risks of irregular employment or other particular issues to find tangible solutions to the problems observed, but in compliance with the principles of federalism and social partnership.
