Geneva fulfilled on Friday a 45-year-old promise made to the Latin cantons, with the inauguration of the new Curabilis prison in Puplinge. This inter-cantonal institution that has 92 places available will house dangerous prisoners suffering from psychiatric disorders. This establishment has also released detention places from Champ-Dollon.
