This new act is one of the most important of the legislature. It is the fruit of a wide consultation with the different players in the field. It aims to frame practices while eliminating the many exceptions to the benefit of a less restrictive regime that will allow better control by the Trade Department. Operators will therefore have to graduate and show that they are in order in relation to the employment of collaborators.
