Since the report of the Federal Audit Office in April 2014, which pinpointed the systemic risks involved, it became urgent to clarify matters; to move towards greater traceability and transparency. For all these I have put in place various reforms, the main one being the conversion of bearer shares into registered shares in order to eliminate the anonymity of 13% of shares in private hands.
