A decrease in the costs of our normal naturalization procedures

In January 2017, the Grand Council voted in favor of draft legislation filed by the Council of State concerning a reduction in the fees payable in our naturalization procedures. We have now succeeded in making that legislation enforceable, which is something that I agitated for as part of the comprehensive reform of our naturalization procedures. It is designed to remove the financial obstacles that could prevent the submission of an application by people with low earnings.
