For the second consecutive year, the Department of Public Security and Economic Affairs (DSE) of the State of Geneva is working in cooperation with the Department of Social Cohesion and Solidarity (DCSS) of the City of Geneva, to give hundreds of people the chance to learn French during the summer months.
